Eichler Tower condo gets facelift

Livingston developed a central dividing wall between the kitchen and living areas completed wrapped with functioning cabinetry.  He also incorporated an intimate circular breakfast room at one end of the kitchen, complete with curved, recessed bookcase and inset aluminum display boxes with internal lighting. A circular dropped ceiling soffit was clad in aluminum leaf, and an oversized light fixture anchors the classic Saarinen tulip table.

Livingston also designed the master bath, guest bath and integrated home office / guest room for these clients.

Design Detail:

The soft bands of color on the walls were created using a combination of matte and satin finish paint.
